It will sure push you through the hard times and puts things into perspective.

It takes the power of focus to achieve the goal of having a great physique. When there are many distractions in today's world you must have the power of focus. Focus is having the ability to harness all your energy and using all of it master a certain objective. Having focus doesn't have to be hard. Just like when you were a kid and you had a little magnifying glass and used it to burn the ant. It took focus to harness the suns light into one little spot on the ground. Then only after there was focus it became easy to burn the ant. The goal here is having an impressive physique. So focus into getting that result. Know what kind of body you want, the results you want, and anything in between. Then next begin to focus on exactly those things. Create a workout list or regimen that will help guide you and create a focus around your workout. Once you have focus anything is possible. If you know who the former pro wrestler "The Rock" is then you know that he yell's focus as loud as he can in the gym because he knows he must channel all his energy into the desired outcome.
